• Lovely staff & very friendly & chatty – however, appointments may be very late (have had to wait 30/40 minutes after scheduled time).
• Kallie has been really helpful. She has done a great job & been supportive. Mandy was very helpful when fitting the retainers. Only feedback for improvement is getting an emergency appointment, when wires were digging in. It was hard to get in & very sore when wire was cutting my mouth.
• Able to solve problem quickly in relation to appointment; great overall service.

Very Good

• What seemed like a daunting process was executed with professionalism & passion. Kallie is an outstanding orthodontist, her calm reassuring demeaner shone through, she did not miss a beat. Well done! All other staff, the receptionists, nurses & Alice who saw Erin post treatment also went the extra mile. We will of course be back for future maintenance.

• Very nice people, very supportive (I have block braces).
• Staff were generally helpful & responsive. Calls sometimes unanswered probably due to staff shortages.
• Appointments were always on time & never delayed, orthodontists did a great job. However a lot of staff changes disrupted my teeth programme & I had around 3 different orthodontists throughout.
• Clinicians seemed to change out quite a few times over the course of the treatment. Staff generally understanding & accommodating for the most part.
• The only slight improvement we can suggest is more information about what is being done at each stage – but appreciate not everyone may want this.

• Outstanding service all the time. Flexibility with appointments and really kind staff.
