• We feel our daughter (& our daughter feels) the service provided by Only orthodontics has been The patience, kindness & expertise has been fantastic. The dental nurses have also been wonderful & kind. The reception staff have always been friendly & helpful. Having the next appointment texted so promptly has been very helpful to stay organised & prepared for treatment. We couldn’t be happier with the service

• Very informative, lovely staff, sometimes had to wait long time in the waiting room but understandable, when brackets broke/needed an extra appointment could always get one within the next few days.

Neither good nor poor

• Process took longer than expected & not much communication. Due to staff changes seen about 7 different people during treatment, slowing down progress. The first & most recent 3 members of staff were all very lovely & much better with speed & communication.
