• Overall, the quality of the care has been good. The treatment took at least a year longer than expected because of teeth not moving. After discussions, we understood what needed to be done. Final result was good.
• Receptionists are always very helpful. I’m glad we changed to a different brace dentist as she was much more understanding than the original guy. Mandy was brilliant – very informative & friendly.
• The process has been very efficient & fast & I never had any serious problems.

• Nice people, mostly efficient when coming for an appointment, fast check-ups.
• I found out at the beginning my previous orthodontist regularly left wire too long even after saying it was but my current orthodontist has been amazing.
• My appointments were always completed quickly; however, my first orthodontist would never give me any info about when I was getting them off but since he left & I got a new doctor, I’ve actually been given information & have had them off.
• I feel as if all nurses & doctors have been very informative & given me the correct support & advice when it comes to taking care of my teeth.
• Good response to issues. Maybe cater more to each mouth shape more carefully to avoid the need for issues to be fixed.
• Staff have been great. Appointments always start late.
• The first person we saw made me feel uncomfortable & was abrupt but after he left everyone has been lovely.
