If you wish to refer a patient for an NHS consultation, they would need to be referred on the electronic referral system ‘Rego’ before their 18th birthday.
Please state if you feel that the referral is urgent and provide us with any radiographs you may have taken. Photographs are not essential but they would certainly help our triage process, especially if you would like your patient to be seen urgently.
For your patient to be seen privately, please complete the form below. Once it has been received, we will contact both your patient directly to begin their orthodontic journey and yourself to acknowledge your kind referral.
