Orthodontic Dental Nurse

We are seeking dedicated, permanent, part-time & full-time orthodontic nurses to join our friendly clinical team. The nurse’s role is vital in supporting our clinicians and therapists and ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. • Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent
• Salary: £12-71 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Part-time Expected hours: 25.5 hours (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:15 – 17:45)
• Full-time Expected hours: 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday 08:15 – 17:45)
• Experience: Dental Nursing: 1 year (required)

Job Description – Main duties include:

• Assist chairside during patient procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation of surgery.
• Prepare treatment rooms, disinfect equipment and ensure surgeries are fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients.
• Provide excellent patient care and support.

Necessary skills include:

• Proven experience as a Dental Nurse within an orthodontic or general dentistry setting.
• GDC registration & relevant nursing qualification essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Friendly manner.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT systems used in dental practices is advantageous.
• Radiography qualification advantageous but not required.
